We process personal data of our users only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. Processing generally takes place only with the user's consent or where a legal basis permits it (in particular Art. 6 (1) GDPR).

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by intersaar GmbH. On our behalf, the provider processes the data transmitted via this website (e.g. server log files) for the purpose of secure and stable operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the reliable provision of the website (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

4. Server log files

When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. These typically include an anonymised/shortened IP address, date and time of access, the page/file requested, browser type and operating system, and the referrer URL. This data is used solely for technical delivery, security and stability (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) and is not merged with other data sources.

5. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.

6. Contact form and contact by email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address and your message) in order to handle and respond to your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual / contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). By submitting the form you also consent to the processing (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR).

Storage period: We store this data until your enquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply; it is then deleted. You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.

7. No cookies, no tracking

This website uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no tracking services. Fonts are served locally from our own server; no external content (e.g. Google Fonts, CDNs) that would transmit data to third parties is loaded.

8. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data: the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection to processing (Art. 21) and the right to withdraw consent (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). An informal message to info@casea.de is sufficient to exercise your rights.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence. For CASEA AG, the competent authority is generally the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

10. Validity and changes

This privacy policy is currently valid. As the website develops or due to changed legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to amend it.
